The people behind the desk are usually helpful. Especially Emily! She was a life saver one Sunday for me. She was definitely going above and beyond and she was such a help!
I hate this store every time i go in. The people are nice but they do not go out of their way to make a customer happy. If you ask a question they just point to an isle. This is the second time i found something on the clearance rack, went to the cashier to find its not clearance priced. They would not discount it and didn't even apologize. They acted like i was the bad guy like i moved it. Other stores would have been more concerned about customer satisfaction.
I pretty much only go here to print documents. Although some of the printers are slow and take a while, I have learned how to make my copies quickly. ALWAYS USE A JUMP DRIVE!!! Don't bother with email printing... it takes forever!
