We were definitely scammed at this store. Our fault as we should have read reviews before purchasing anything. We paid $300 for items worth less than $100. Of course we were told it was worth much more. We feel stupid but hope our review can save others from the same mistake. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!!!
I didn't have any option to use them as I was on vacation and my camera broke which he openly said he would look into fixing for $50 but when I declined he told me that the lense was broken and he could tell me that already! I wish I had walked at that point when he made out it could be fixed but knew it couldn't.
My new favorite spot to find the rudest men possible to help a customer out. Just because I was a 22yr young man they figured l had no money to spend and didn't bat an eye to help find any products I was looking for. The guy I asked if he worked there thought his soccer game in tv was more important than helping anyone walk in the door, this place sells knockoffs and is a complete joke. Would not recommend stopping here for anything.
As per all the other reviews I was a victim of these two men! Bought $500 worth of gear for $1200 after being shown websites and assured it was correct.
I went in to get basic information on my Sony a6000 and the salesman looks at me like I am crazy and says we only deal with Canon and Nikon. This would have been understandable if not for the HUGE Sony sign I'm top of the building. I got the feeling they just didn't want to deal with me dispite the face that I came in with a $1700 camera around my neck ready and willing to spend money... Will never step foot in a Camera Express again.
Tried returning good and was pointed out the no returns on the receipt and wall. They did give another product to try to compensate.
Do not buy from this store, if I was spending more time in Florida I would have actively looked into reporting and getting this store shut down. Appears to be a cover up business for illegal proceedings!
