We had the best experience with Juan R. at Ashley Furniture in Kissimmee! We usually do not enjoy furniture shopping as we are usually followed around the entire time. We ended up walking around on our own and when we found a couch that we liked Juan was nearby. I asked him for help and he was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He was so genuine and down to earth. Any time we buy furniture in the future I will be going back there to ask for him. Thank you Juan for a wonderful experience!
I had a great experience shopping at Ashley's on Osceola Parkway. The customer service was great, the store was well organized, and the selection was far superior in quality than all the other furniture stores I've been to. Huberto did a great job helping me with my selections and was my "Go-to" guy during this whole experience furnishing my home. The managers Carlos and Gabby were also extremely helpful as well and exhibited superb customer service. Michael also provided some great advice during this experience. I would highly recommend this location
Amy was extremely helpful in helping us choose a sofa. She explained everything that we would need to do from care of sofa to delivery. She must have read my mind and asked if I needed a mattress since they are having a Black Friday sale. At first I wasn’t going to since my wife gets a discount from her work, but when she mentioned the savings, I had to look. My step daughter needed on, she was with me. My step daughter chose one, after trying them out, and we purchased a new mattress and box spring. Carlos her manager was also very helpful and took care of any other concerns I may have had. So far my experience with Ashley Homestore has been wonderful!

We have been furniture shopping for weeks with little luck in finding anything we liked. Seems like most of the furniture stores in our area carry the same products. We made the drive out to Ashley Home Store and we were very happy we did! The selection is excellent, the prices are very reasonable and our sales rep was amazing. Struthers, our sales rep, was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything from furniture placement to helping us pick wall colors to coordinate with the furniture. Highly recommend this store and Struthers!
