Jason, store rep., greeted me. I hoped not to be followed and he did not. When I was ready to ask questions, Manny, another rep made sure to advise Jason. Jason was a Gem from beginning to end. He answered question, was very knowledgeable, patient and aware of my physical needs therefore offering several alternatives to the furniture I was interested in. Never once seemed annoyed or bothered by my going back and forth between selections and color choices. Jason, you are awesome. I purchased everything I was looking for with your help.

Rooms to go is a horrible place to get your furniture if I can give it no stars I would not only they charge a arm and a leg they DO NOT WORK WITH YOU AT ALL TO GET YOUR STUFF customer Service representatives are very rude and do not know how to accommodate the customer if you need to change the time of delivery forget about it because they will make you wait a whole month and a half on top of the Month you waited for your furniture to begin with horrible horrible place they like to send out used Furniture that people sent back or they like to give you floor samples if you do not check your stuff very well they will get away with it this place is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.. DO NOT SHOP WITH ROOMS TO GO EXSPECALLY THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE THEY REALLY NEED MORE TRAINING ON THERE customer service representative they hire anyone off the street and put them in a cube to answer questions that they read off of a computer
