Then somebody else or maybe the same associate replied from their business FB page saying the will provide the info I was requesting and never did.
Never again I didn't get my furniture on time or any courtesy calls I had to keep calling them and this is the short version of my experience. I'm still missing a piece of furniture. That I was repeatedly told was apart of my set which is why I made the choice I did, and never received it. My family and I called And have been very nice and trying to understand how busy they are but we kept getting the we will get a call back after the situation was looked into. Well no call so my husband tries again last week and gets a recording saying they will be closed til September 3rd which is today but we have given up. We were supposed to purchase beds this week but will look elsewhere. Only positive part was the delivery drivers were nice. I felt bad that I kept asking them questions they couldn't answer about missing piece.
Excellent Costumer Service, I'm very pleased with them, I had a very wonderful experience buying here, my new furnitures looks beautiful and they are excellent quality. I love them. They even help me with the decorations. Everything looks awesome, like magazine. They have Great Prices and Deals. The Delivery was great, the guys where very nice and helpful. I will Definitely come back again :)
Horrible place. Even worse costumer care. Matress with bugs and stain. Dont waist time to this place.
