Initially when I set up my account after paying the first month my card was stolen. When I got a new one went back to have it switched over for the next month. The over due notices kinda gave me a clue that this did not happen. No big deal payed it and gave them the new card again to switch over...still never got switched over.....for for months and is still not switched and now I'm getting notices saying I'm overdue on months I have receipts for. I also got a message from them first telling me that my account is suspended because I did not have a motorcycle endorsement for a 50cc scooter and later found out (after much trouble) find out that this was not actually needed after all and they were not sure why I got that message. The real fun part is when they call you and put you on hold forever to fix their mistakes this whole experience with this office (and quite possibly state farm is a total and complete nightmare) Getting the runaround now about answers on cancelling with them at the moment. Will definitely be seeing another company for my car insurance this month.I mean if they can't handle a policy for a scooter God only knows what could happen with an actual car
