But when running a business that gets tons of calls a day...Sometimes things slip through the cracks. But if you reach out directly to Ms Clemente...She will get on your needs ASAP. She takes her customer satisfaction personally and always reaches out to verify that their needs are being met.

Pésimo, cada seis meses te suben las cotizaciones de seguro de autos. Siempre te dicen q es porque subieron los seguros en el Estado de la Florida cuando es falso. De nada te sirve ser cliente fijo porque las reclamaciones q hacen otros clientes, se las cobran a todos sus clientes. Si llamas fin de semana, el centro de llamadas q te contesta, nunca saben darte respuestas y te toman mensaje para q en esta oficina te llamen el próximo día laborable y te llaman al mes; en fin busquen bien su agencia de seguro, que las hay buenas y con mejores cotizaciones.
