I have been with this office for many many years. I recently moved to another town and updated my information with this office. To my horrible findings, they only moved one vehicle to the new address leaving the other to the old and i wasn't receiving multi car discount. When I called to add my daughter to the policy, Chris was the one who advised me of this and apologized and that they can only go back 30 days for THEIR MISTAKE. Once my daughter had her license, I called back and only received the voicemail. NO ONE EVER calls back. (and this is not the first time for poor service) I have been with state farm for over 30 years. I am going to change to a new agent ASAP.

Horrible experience with this agent and State Farm. Customer service seriously lacking. You can not reach them by phone and neither could State Farm when I called them for assistance. I received my welcome packet by mail but then they mailed subsequent documents to wrong address then cancelled my insurance for additional premium they didn't quote me for. I paid my six month premium in full then two months later they invoiced me for additional costs. I didn't get the invoice or cancellation notices because they didn't mail them to correct address. Their other reviews speak for my experience with this agency also. State Farm gave me incorrect information when I called and wasted hours of my valuable time. I have an accident free record and good credit, paid my premium in full and they didn't value my business.
