John at Jack Fields agency has been what we consider - a life saver. Being self employed I needed insurance coverage for our inventory. When literally no one else could get us coverage, John came thru - and at a low cost! Not only did he go the extra mile, but he also took a serious interest in helping us. In another instance he found us Fine Art coverage and a car insurance policy to help if we tried driving for Uber. If you live in Florida -

Very poor customer service. I was a customer there for 8 yrs, when suddenly my insurance rate doubled. They added my younger sister to my policy without contacting me (she had no access to my vehicle). When I called to have it changed all I got was wishy washy "we'll look into it". After a couple days of not hearing back I switched insurances to another company and got a much better price. During three phone calls to cancel my policy with fields they never once mentioned that I was going to be charged an additional $110 after ending my policy.

thats hard to get - but John found it. We now use Jack Fields agency for nearly all our coverages (home and business). They are that good.
