We picked our car late in the evening at the airport after going groceries shopping we arrived at our vacation home and are groceries were infested with ants the car was infested with tiny ants that it made it impossible to see in the dark this is what we found in the morning once I sprayed it with RAID
Horrible experience the guys at the rental counter could care less about the customer, they don't even walk out and show you the car. Need to return to get replacement has a weird noise in front end. Didn't even wanna rent the car even though i had a reservation. wouldn't honor free upgrade so i was stuck with economy car. Really need to work on there customer service.
Wish I could level no stars. Worst company ever!!!!!! Went to pick up my rental and the place was a dump. They said they had no car for me even though I reserved a car. Please save yourself and do go here
The car was nice and both pickup and return were easy. There were no issues except there doesn't appear to be a local phone number that is answered.
Awful experience! !!I picked up the car and the tank was not full. I notified the agent and was told to return it as it is and she noted it on my receipt. She also informed me to gas up but not in full. So I did what she told me I still got charged $31.90 extra since I did not return the car in full. I am still trying to resolve the issue and but cannot reach anyone except online. Thrifty has TERRIBLE customer service!!!
