I had an appointment just for x-rays. I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early and signed in. It took the receptionist, Raquel, 30 minutes to check the clip board and check me in. After 45 minutes of my 1:30 appointment time, I asked how much longer for my x-rays since other patients arriving after me were being called back first. Misty, x-ray tech, stated that the other patients were being seen since there appointment would be much quicker than my x-rays. Misty stated that I would have to wait at least another 15 minutes before bein seen. This is the worse customer service for a Specialist's office.
was empty at that point. She said you are next. I waited again about 15 minutes . She called me and took me back into ANOTHER waiting room and said it shouldn't be too long. I was determined if he didn't see me by 4:30, I was leaving and going to let the doctor and receptionist know that 2 1/2 hour wait was unacceptable. The receptionist could've came out to the original waiting room and told me it may be a long wait, that I could re-schedule or continue to wait. That is called common courtesy! At 4:28 the doctor saw me and I said" I've been waiting over 2 1/2 hours! "'He said he was sorry that he had a complex case". I then explained that you need to communicate this with your receptionist and use common courtesy to the patient/s waiting. I'm cancelling all future appointments. I will find another doctor. I would definitely not recommend this physician!!
Staff is the worst I've ever dealt with in customer service. Two ladies literally yelled at me over the phone in their thick accents not allowing me to talk. They cancelled my appt less than 24 hrs in advance because they wrote down my primary care dr wrong the first time. Called my insurance and they said I'm good to go. Called dr office back and since they already cancelled me the 1st available appt was over a month away. This lady also would not work with me and actually hung up on me when I said the customer service was not good and I'm writing a bad review... dr seemed nice, staff is awful!!
Since I started going to this practice my 1rst doctor left me without notice...I was transfer to another doctor he was Ok...but I most say the people that work at the office are sharp not pleasant at all, always finding hurtles in their service.I have a great insurance and they complain that the did not get my results. I had to go back to the hospital lab to get them they even showed me prove of when they did it...this office canceled my appointment....just to let you know that i being in pain over 4 months. For my next appointment with my new doctor they had cancelled my appointment because they said that I did not have my referral when my primary care doctor office let them know that my appointment was not expire for services at their office no matter the doctor that sees me.I had to bring them another referral in person the day of the appointment and they almost did not accepted evendow I had call them letting know that i will bring it with me the day of the appointment....just simple unacceptable a really bad service, rude personel they do not show concerns and care about the ill people that visit them....I will not recoment this office.
They deserve no stars. My appointment was for 2:00. I arrived 15 minutes early. I was there to see Dr. Bandealy for a follow up on x-rays. There is one other doctor in this practice as far as I know. I sat there and watched at least 17 patients come and go . I finally went up to ask the receptionist at 3:30, why wasn't I seen yet. The waiting room
Dr. and Nurse Practitioner were great, but the rest of the staff there is much to be desired. I called and they do not even know how to convey a message. Information is entered in the computer but without the correct context. Very frustrating. Front desk shouldn't be dealing with medical questions.
