Fabulous physician. The wait time was appropriate (approx. 15-20 mins). I found her staff to be very helpful and got me into the room very quickly. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail. I would definitely recommend her!
Dr. Esat has been the best doctor I have encountered EVER! Doctor have doctor rush you in and out of their appointments. Dr. Esats wait times may be long but thats because once you are with her, she actually sits in the room and talks to you. I have never had a doctor spend more 10 minutes with me, Dr. Esat, will spend as much time needed with you to get the information needed. This doctor actually cares about your well being which is so nice and refreshing to see.
I want to share with you the experience I had today. I had an appoint with Dr. Esat at 3:45, after waiting over 3 hours (6:50 pm), they started calling patients that had arrive after me. Dr Esat is an Infectious Disease Physician. I never felt so un worthy of my life as this office made me feel today. A month ago I ran out of medications (that I need to take in order to be alive) and they would not call the pharmacy until I saw the Dr. I fired her and I will never go back even if my life depends on her. Several patients where saying is not the firs time they had to wait hours to see Dr. Esat. She is a very smart Doctor, and very good on what she does, but no doctor should had patients waiting this long in a waiting area
I would suggest you never visit this Dr office the wait time is ridiculous. Our appointment was at 1 pm and we waited 3 hours just to see the Dr. They have no respect for peoples time. While waiting we heard the staff ordering their lunch..then disappear when their food comes and we still waiting to see the Dr. The sad part is when I began to question the other patients they began to say it's always like this. How ridiculous and sad..
This is honestly the best physician I have ever been too. She cares for her patients and really goes out of her way to help. I don't know what the person below wrote because I found her staff to be super helpful and kind. They were fast pace and organized. My wait was not too long. Also, I would recommend this physician to anyone because her knowledge is outstanding. She not only explains things in detail to you, but she genuinely takes the time out for her patients. She is a GOD SENT in helping. I went to other physicians but no one has such a caring nature. Not only that, but she is so precise and detailed with her work that it makes you feel SAFE going to her for treatment. I truly believe that she aided me in ways no other doctor has. Also, she isn't like other doctors that do not remember you or forgot your case, she knows you personally as soon as you enter. I had a very tricky diagnosis and she went out of her way for me. Her staff were kind and helpful. I TRUST HER JUDGEMENT and have high respect for her work ethic. Her staff and Dr. Esat both have my true loyalty and I give her a lot of credibility. Her experience in the field in unbelievable. She wasn't just a physician, but rather a true friend that aided me. BEST DOCTOR EVER.
