The worst experience ever recieved, you're better off scheduling an appointment with you health care provider and waiting if that's the case. I came in and the receptionist asked what I was in for and told him, afterward when seeing the doctor she told me they do not treat that. She told me to take a over the counter medicine and if it continues to go to my health care provider or the ER. WOW. A 6 year old could of gave me that diagnoses. They just want your money and nothing else. Bottom line is do not go and wait until you're able to schedule an appointment with you healthcare provider.
One of the worst visits I've ever had. I went there cause I couldn't breathe and felt pressure on my head and all they did I should check my blood pressure and temperature . Then said they could not help me I would have to go to the er. Changed me 180. Just to check my pressure and temperature. I could not believe she did that. No wonder they have poor reviews
Pure business, poor service... this lady (desk assistant) ask for my insurance and check for my information, she told me that my co-pay is $10.00...and i believed her coz she was checking the info of my insurance online... this is sweet , but hold on i got my bills from them and asking me to pay my part of co-pay that i owe them $90.00...if i only knew, i will not bother to visit them...o wait the other assistant feeling like he was a doctor...he put the scuff and check my blood pressure and ask me what is your height and what is your weight? i think he wants his job to make it easy....lesson learned next time just visit your primary doctor or see the hospital itself....

I was beyond impressed with this urgent care. I have three small children and we have lived in four different states, so we have been to a number of urgent care facilities. This one was by far, the cleanest, friendliest, most efficient facility I have ever been to. Their website was also very user friendly, and I was able to book an appointment easily, and be seen quickly. Both doctors we have seen here have been kind to my children, listened to me, and been very knowledgeable. The staff was also very kind, patient, and efficient.
Well checked in in the morning and was told they will see you in a few moments. 5 minutes later it will be 1 hour and the 10 mins later, it’s going to be 3 hours. Really?!?!
