Today I had an appointment to see this doctor. Showed up at 8:30 after an hour driving in heavy traffic. Got to the office filled out the paper work. Sat down and waited. Then I was called. The nurse came and asked a few questions. Then I was greeted by another nurse practitioner. I was like wait a second, where is the doctor. She was like I will see you today. I said no, I came to see a doctor not a nurse practitioner. I walked out of the room, very upset. Are you serious you come to see an specialist and ended up with a nurse? Not on my watch. The office staff at the Lake underhill location was very rude, and they can care less.
August 1 2017 My 75 year old mom and I went to see this Doctor today for a 10:30 appt time. We drove for an hour to get there and after 1 & 1/2 hours of waiting, I inquired how much longer because I needed to run a 15 minute errand and the receptionist said another 5 minutes. Well. 15 minutes later I inquired again and they said the Doctor would see us now. However, we were moved to another room where the nurse asked us a few questions and we continued to wait another 30 minutes. When I inquired for the 3rd time, we were told that one of the physicians didn't come into the office and the current doctor was very far behind schedule. EVERYONE IN THE WAITING ROOM SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS FROM ARRIVAL. We could not wait any longer and had to leave immediately. Subsequently, upon posting my comment I can see from previous comments from other patience this is a reoccurring theme with this doctor. Our time is just as valuable as the doctors time! We had MANY other important things we could have done within that 2 hour time frame. Common decency, common courtesy & common sense is NOT COMMON to the common man! This doctor is an inconsiderate JERK for keeping his patience waiting incessantly. NOT GOOD!!!!
Really 5 minutes you cancel a potential new client they forget when patients wait 20 monto be called
Very unprofessional people there, if this is a serious doctor, then where is he? maybe watching tv at home while his clinic is ran by incompetent nurses.

I actually only gave a star because I had to in order to write something about this doctor & his office this place is HORRIBLE EVERY TIME I go there I'm not the LAST person there but I'm the LAST person to walk out of the office when it was literally a waiting room full of people who have appt after me which makes me think their low key RACIST & only care about the SPANISH culture Dr. Gonzales himself is never really in the orlando office he is ALWAYS in the Kissimmee office so good luck on trying to see him to ask him ANYTHING
They cancelled my appointment although phone service said ok to be 5 min late
Sorry, I didn't get to go. They called me to reschedule my appointment and the same day of the rescheduled appointment after waiting for 30 minutes they told me that they will have to reschedule again. I should have listened to prior reviews. I don't even want to go to that doctor where the health of a patient don't matter.
