Bad customer service. Receptionist hangs up several times when calling, i called from a diffrent number and she picked up laughing and put me back on hold. If you want to be treated poorly and disrespectful this is the place to go to. Will never ever use this primary care again. I strongly do not recommend this place what so ever

First thing you see when you enter this family practice's waiting room is a smiling face of the lady behind the counter. She is happy to see you and very accommodating and helpful. The office itself is very clean and just a nice environment all around. (Love their new tile floors!!) All the nurses and the administrative staff at the front office are providing an exceptional customer service. I've been to many doctors in Central Florida throughout my 20 years of living here, so I have a lot of experience to compare this visit to. My experience with Dr. Joel Weinberger was simply amazing. He is very personable and friendly, he takes time and listens to you, and he truly cares about you, his patient. He is also very understanding and patient. He has a lot of experience, since he has been practicing medicine for over 30 years. I am always nervous going to a doctor, but when I have an appointment with Dr. Weinberger, I am actually looking forward to it! Thank you for making a difference!

Dr. Weinberger is a very caring doctor. I really appreciate the attention he gives my son Lixander. My son is total dependent, but Dr. Weinberger "See him". Thanks Doctor, there are not many like you out there. The Nurses and Receptionist very friendly and are great also. Teresa, thanks...
