My wife and I had a good experience with booking our first trip with Echevarria Travel. Cheryl and Nelson Echevarria were very thorough from the planning of our trip to the return from our trip. During the planning, they consulted with us to learn about the things we enjoyed (i.e. active, arts) so they could recommend destinations and activities that would make the vacation very memorable and enjoyable. Cheryl had great follow-up and response time before, during and after the trip. Even when we had a few issues at the resort, Cheryl was very active of resolving the issues from her office. Also, Echevarria Travel encouraged a post consultation to see how they can improve on experiences for us and others in the future. I highly recommend utilizing Echevarria Travel Agency.

This week I started planning a trip for February and the cruise line I am interested in offers few options. Echevarria Travel looked up various options and replied very quickly to my requests. They explains the fees and even offered payment plan options! They definitely take the time to help and provide every possible option!
I call to the travel agency cause am trying to set a trip for my BBF birthday which am paying for it the lady was so rude and ask me to my BBF to call her I explain to her that she is always working on meeting so the travel agent hang up on me and ask not to call. Amazing how people love to loose customer and money I will never recommend this travel agency is the worth on customer service not professional. Now they lost 3 booking from us thanks god that I found and agency that is willing to help me with 3 booking no hassle. The Worst Agency Ever Worst Customer Service I will give a zero on stars
