Got to the house after a fun day at disney and it was 90 degrees inside so we turned the ac on and it didnt work. Called managment and they sent out an ac tech at 130 am and is now working on after he told us that the ac didnt work 3 days ago. The tech said. "I dont know why lowreys would even think about renting out this unit knowing the ac has had a recent problem" its now 2 am and it is still 87 degrees in the house.. nobody can sleep and the only reason it dropped 3 degrees is because we opend all the doors and windows. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!! They do not deserve even 1 star. We received a ticket at 3am for parking in the driveway because we blocked the sidewalk. NO WHERE in their information packet does it say to not block the sidewalk. The only parking rule noted in their information is to not park on the street which we did not. We were completely in the driveway off the street. The sidewalks run about 3 feet into the driveway and we had 3 cars with us. We called Lowerys and they stated all the information we needed was in their packet and they were not responsible. RIDICULOUS! I bet the city gives them a cut of their ticket profits! How dare they take advantage of out of town guests, I mean really a ticket for blocking sidewalks? that are in the driveway??? We will NEVER rent from Lowerys Vacation Homes again and I suggest you don't either, they will find a way to not tell you all the rules then charge you out the butt for something they never explained to you and tell you it's YOUR fault!

Worst vacation home I ever had. Spoke to Teresa because I rented a property for 3 days 2 night on which i paid 520 dollars. The pool qas frozen cold they told me they will warmed up 3 days arrival, the mail appliance that i use is the blender for my baby food it wasnt working it and to complete the bathroom sink on the first floor was flooded. When i called they gave me the ridiculous answer that the blender it had stop working when i check in because they ck all appliance
We had one problem during our stay due to a jammed waste disposal but we contacted Lowerys who were great and had someone call to remove blockage within an hour.
The place is nice, but very outdated TVs and Apliances. Carpet was very dirty and disgusting. You walk in and you feel like your in the 1990s'.
Worst vacation rental company
We stayed in a beautiful home within minutes of Disney. We had arranged an express check-in and we able to go straight to the home using a key code for access which we appreciated after a long journey. The home had a great pool and spa and came fully equipped and was spotlessly clean.
I didnt pay 60 dollars on days inn I paid 180 a night to be able to enjoy the house with the kids
