This was the worst experience I have ever had. I tried calling and speaking to Paula & Patti and all I got was we never got a bad review for Mayflower tours..well this was horrible and I got nowhere with this company, seemed they didn't want to hear what my issues were I will NEVER use this travel Agency again nor will I use Mayflower Tours.Group Travel Specialists did not help me at all..$7400.00 out the window!! What a shame..once they have your money they don't want to hear from you! Our dream trip to Italy that we saved for..was a nightmare!!
