HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Unprofessional supeeeer unprofessional left my dad waiting 4 hours then told him that they could not see him because he didn't have his bank statements after he had every single thing all his forms and receipts you named it and he had it ....only thing missing was statements which I was able to obtain in less than 3mins through our bank app ... Sonia is disrespectful and unprofessional DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!

Please do not go here... Don't waste your money and time, this place is a ripped off . I was their client for almost 5 years, but this time I feel like they only wanted my money and my parents too, first they charged me 90dlrs to fill up my tax return, but they made a mistake of filling the wrong form and then I went back to fix it and they wanted me to charge me another 30dlrs to do the fixing, on top of that this was on January 26th and til this day I have not received my refund neither my parents.
