The house we stood in was absolutely beautiful, 3 bedroom standard home with 2 living room areas and gorgeous, screened in pool, in a quiet and nice gated community. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for how far from Orlando we were (35-45 minutes from all the parks). When I originally booked, it was with the idea that we would be in Kissimmee, but only the main office is in Kissimmee, so you don't find out how far your rental home is until you check in. We were in Davenport. Besides that, we absolutely loved our rental home. I would recommend.
We arrived at 10 a.m but was not allowed into the house until 4:30 because that was when check inn time was, although none of the paperwork said that. On our third day the power was shut off at 9 in the morning and when I called the electric company they told me it was not a power outage but they we're unable to tell me why the electric was turned off I would have to contact the owners. After calling management I was given the run around and they even stopped answering the phone for me. The power was finally turned back on at around 6 but when asked for compensation they stated that we had broken the screen door so we could not get compensated although it was broken when we arrived along with other things such as chairs, blinds, microwave, pool door alarms ect.... I suggest anyone renting from them be sure to report any broken items as soon as you check in because they will blame you!
Worst holiday ever, avoid this company at all cost. Villa was in appalling condition, from the outside there was tarpaulin on the roof, damp in the house, blood/semen on the bed sheets, the blinds didn't cover the window in the bathroom so people could see you in the shower. The pool was green, cooker was not safe to use it was a joke, Ocean Florida were not willing to give alternative accommodation straight away, they said we had to wait four days until they could get us another villa, all they care about is your money and not the customer. Are travel agent payed for alternative accommodation ( NOT WITH OCEAN FLORIDA) until it it was sorted out.
We booked our honeymoon at reunion resort through Ocean Florida. Resort was beautiful but it was only after paying our substantial balance we figured out we did not have access to some of the resort facilities and access to others was very restricted. Spent weeks trying to resolve issue before departure and i was under the impression it had been only to receive an email on our wedding day saying that our golf tee time request could not be accommodated any longer. So the resorts two main draws for us (Waterpark for our kids and Golf courses) Were off limits. We called several times the day after our wedding on the saturday to resolve the issue before sunday departure but we were constantly fobbed off, ignored and eventually told that anyone who could do anything about it had left for the day. Still not had a reply to emails sent either. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I would avoid Ocean holidays/Ocean Florida at all costs. Worst aftersales experience ever
