Shingle Creek Park is a hidden gem buried between a maze of shopping malls. The waters are very clean with a abundance of wildlife. The creek has a soft current that runs north to south. We rented the kayaks for three hours, which was enough time to complete the entire north and south courses.
Fantastic group of employees. I could not be more impressed with their presentation. The ride up and down was great and well worth it. Get there early and have fun.
Didn't catch a fish, despite several bites. But I had a LOT of fun. Great hideout for dad while the rest of the family shops. LOL
Such a great find. As soon as you pull in you'll feel like you are in another place, away from all the crazy. The staff was very friendly and the price was right. Great views as you go down the creek. Highly recommend
It's amazing how this place is so hidden amongst the Disney hustle and bustle. Took a canoe and caught a Gar and a Bowfin. Used rubber bass bait. Would have had more luck with live bait but hard to find in the area. Staff is nice. If you like the outdoors and fishing, you will love this place. Spent 4 hours and time slipped away. 16$/hr. for canoe.
